911Trainer.com Launches New Career Training Web Site

911 Professional Pride, Inc. celebrates 26 years of service to the 9-1-1 community and career education by launching a companion web site to its parent site www.911Trainer.com. The new site, www.911CareerTraining.com supports 9-1-1 career education in high schools and colleges, providing a turn-key Emergency Communication career course.  This course provides a computer to computer simulator, 10 unit digital curriculum and online certification exam.  The course was created during Sue Pivetta’s years teaching the first Emergency Communications vocational course in the nation.

“We have worked for over 26 years providing 9-1-1 agencies with simulators and training at 911Trainer.com.  Due to our success placing our students at the college course, we encouraged Comm Centers to approach their local colleges and high schools to start career training.” said Sue Pivetta, President.

“In the last few years our business began to make a turn. High schools and colleges came to us directly to start a 9-1-1 course. Our motto to education is ‘9-1-1 is a great career!  Emergency Communications can now be a career choice where people can find 9-1-1 career training in their local area. Education and 9-1-1 can work together to improve retention and provide trained and evaluated candidates. The new website addresses the needs of 9-1-1 career education specifically. I believe we have finally hit the tipping point.”
