Communications Center Administrator
The City of Santa Monica is seeking an experienced and results focused Communications Center Administrator to provide strong technical leadership to the newly formed combined public safety communications center. The center consists of 33 staff, including five direct reports. The individual in this position will play an integral part in providing key leadership in creating an operationally effective, team-oriented and serviced focused communications center.
The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of managing all communication and automation functions of a combined communications center. This newly created position is critical to the daily operation of the Emergency Management Division, providing excellent customer service to the public at large.
Salary: $104,100 - $128,520/year, plus an excellent benefits package.
