Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) of Florida has selected BidSync to maximize the agency’s solicitation, bid management, awarding and contract management. BidSync is an industry leader in e-procurement innovation.

BSCO provides law enforcement, fire and rescue, detention management and community services to the more than 1.8 million residents of Broward County. Metropolitan areas covered include Ft. Lauderdale and a portion of the greater Miami area.

“The Broward County Sheriff’s Office is an agency that is committed to providing the best possible services for its constituency,” said Fred Tillman, interim CEO. “BidSync will enable the agency to streamline solicitations and contract management saving valuable employee time.”

Using BidSync, the BCSO will be able to streamline solicitations and oversee the bid process through award. BidSync Source’s powerful tools will save valuable employee time and will make managing bids and related documentation less cumbersome. The agency will use BidSync Contract to manage contract creation and implementation.

BidSync’s pioneering e-procurement products give government agencies, educational institutions and NGOs the tools they need to effectively manage procurement in today’s challenging environment. BidSync also provides bid notification services to vendors around the country who are looking to do business with government agencies.
