Locution Systems’ PrimeAlert® to Provide IP-based & Radio-based Automated Voice Alerting & Fire Station Alerting Technologies to Speed Response Times, Increase Safety & Wellness for Firefighters & Paramedics

Locution Systems, Inc., the provider of PrimeAlert® Fire Station Alerting for fire and EMS departments, has announced that the cities of Oak Creek, Wisc.; West Des Moines, Iowa; and Lake County, Ind. have chosen the PrimeAlert® Fire Station Alerting System for their Fire-EMS departments.

PrimeAlert® from Locution Systems is a comprehensive, modular fire station alerting system offering five categories of station alerting technologies, including:

  • Automated 911 Voice Alerting
  • Visual Alerting Devices & Fire Station Lighting Systems
  • Zoned Alerting for Fire Stations
  • Automated Mechanical Control of gas stoves, apparatus bay doors, traffic lights
  • Fire Station Sound Systems

Fire-EMS departments typically choose the fire station alerting technologies that solve their most pressing problems, and then add more fire station alerting technologies as budget allows in the future, according to Glenn Neal, Locution Systems’ president, founder, and chief technology officer.  “Small, medium, and large fire departments all appreciate the PrimeAlert® system’s modular design, as well as IP-based and Radio-based station alerting options  This approach allows departments to start with the fire station alerting technologies they need the most, and add more over time,” said Mr. Neal.
