The Southwest Oklahoma Regional 9-1-1 serves Beckham, Custer, Harmon, Kiowa, Roger Mills and Washita Counties. Seven police departments, one sheriff’s office and three fire departments in the six-county region are fully operational with the new Emergency CallWorks system. A total of 11 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP’s) are outfitted with the new system and additional PSAP’s can easily be added if the need arises.

“Implementation of this new solution was warmly welcomed across our region,” said Dana Church, Director, Southwest Oklahoma Regional 9-1-1. “The functionality of the product, coupled with the working relationship of SWOR911 and the Emergency CallWorks staff complimented this transition.”

Emergency CallWorks’ CallStation product provides the Southwest Oklahoma  Regional 9-1-1 staff and its member agencies with a more intuitive, browser-based user interface to manage calls. Emergency CallWorks president Craig Dollar stated, “Our robust PSAP solution provides a hardware and software fault tolerant platform that can be deployed in a geo-diverse, multi-site environment with flexible, scalable server capacity to handle community growth and geographical or disaster recovery situations.”
