ProPhoenix Takes Hamilton TWP Live on latest Next Generation Public Safety Software

Hamilton Township Police Department (NJ) has gone “live” with ProPhoenix Computer Aided Dispatch, Wireless Digital Assistant Mobile, and Records Management solutions. With a population of 26,500 and a yearly call volume of 61,000, Hamilton Township wanted an integrated solution that would solve their data sharing needs. ProPhoenix was selected because of their ability to provide a modern cost effective solution while providing high customer satisfaction.

The dispatching of public safety resources was a cumbersome process with their old CAD software.  The next generation public safety software system provided by ProPhoenix enables a smooth and fluid response to Hamilton’s emergency needs. The ProPhoenix CAD, RMS and WDA mobile applications will provide more information and resource sharing as well as collaboration between personnel to improve the speed of responses. This ensures that the right people respond to the right place, at the right time. With the use of Pictometry™, ESRI™ and MapPoint™ mapping products users can get a more detailed over view of the community they patrol resulting in faster responses.

This is a great achievement for ProPhoenix and Hamilton Township and shows why agencies across the country are turning to ProPhoenix for a completely integrated software solution.  ProPhoenix’s public safety and security solutions enable smarter decisions that save and protect lives.
