Synergem Emergency Services, L.L.C. Announces Corporate Conversion & Name Change To Synergem Technologies, Inc.

Synergem Emergency Services, L.L.C., widely recognized in the Public Safety  9-1-1 communications services industry as the first company to offer end-to-end Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) solutions including a NENA i3 compliance tested network, has become a Delaware corporation and changed its name to Synergem Technologies, Inc., effective February 19, 2013.

Chief Executive Officer, Nelson Clark, commented:  “The Public Safety telecom industry is undergoing a momentous market transition and Synergem is leading the charge as the first solutions provider to offer a broadly compatible, full suite of Next Generation 9-1-1 solutions, including a NENA i3 compliance tested network (ESInet) and an interoperable multimedia NG9-1-1 call taker interface.”

CEO Clark continued:  “Over many years, Synergem has earned a solid and trusted reputation for quality service and technical innovation in Public Safety communications through its thoughtful leadership and innovation as a systems integrator and technical consultant.  With its new name and corporate format, Synergem is embracing its past while also reinforcing and highlighting Synergem’s commitment and continuing evolution as a NG9-1-1 solutions provider, able to adapt, develop and deploy unique and leading edge technology-based products and services for the benefit of the Public Safety 9-1-1 industry and those we serve.” 


“Changing our corporate form from an LLC to a “C” Corporation also represents an improvement in Synergem’s position to take advantage of significant corresponding investment and growth opportunities now becoming available in the emerging NG9-1-1 sector”, concluded Clark.
