PSaaS Offers Real Innovation, Scalability, Interoperability and Affordability for Agencies to Acquire Advanced Technology and Create a Strong Regional Public Safety Footprint

The city of Addison, Texas has selected Tiburon's integrated Tiburon CAD, Mobile, and Law RMS for its next generation solution.  The deployment project includes 7 CAD licenses for the dispatch center, 26 mobile licenses for vehicles in the field, WebCAD and 75 law records system positions. The integrated solution is equipped with next generation technology so the City's new solution is ready today for the introduction of Next Generation 9-1-1. The Town of Addison is a northern suburb of Dallas, Texas, has a population of approximately 13,000 and is located in Dallas County.

Addison, TX becomes part of the rapidly growing Tiburon domestic and international client base to leverage the industry's most advanced technology in the new Public Safety Software as a Service model. By leveraging Tiburon's PSaaS model, Addison was not required to purchase expensive computer servers nor expend precious IT resources on configuring and maintaining the hardware and network infrastructure. The subscription pricing model for the integrated solution also means the City did not have to levy a large capital budget for the initial license, installation and implementation costs. Instead, they will pay a low subscription fee to use the software and receive periodic feature enhancements for free. Tiburon will also provide ongoing education and support services.
