Lumpkin County Georgia Sheriff's Office Expands Software Installation

Date: 2012-06-22
Share |

The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office E-911 Communications Center has been using the ledsSuite computer-aided dispatch, mapping, and mobile products, from Zuercher Technologies, LLC, for less than a year.  With the many successes they have recognized using these products, they have decided to expand the software installation to include several more ledsSuite products.

The additional products in ledsSuite include comprehensive jail management, records management, mobile records, civil process tracking, agency administration, and custom report generator solutions.  Because of ledsSuite’s unique architecture, their current products will be seamlessly integrated and data will be able to flow throughout all the products, saving staff significant time and giving them detailed information when they need it.

Workflow configurations within the software also allow the agency to set up automatic task and event creation that matches their procedures, instead  of having to adjust to  a  generic system.  This was a key detail in the decision to expand the system.
