Batman Pulled Over by Police in Maryland
Batman was stopped by Montgomery County (MD) officers on Wednesday, March 21, on southbound Route 29 at Prelude Drive in Silver Spring, for having an improper license plate on the Batmobile.
The vehicle in question was actually a Lamborghini, and in place of a proper rear license plate, the black vehicle displayed Batman’s familiar winged-bat emblem. When officers approached the car, they found they had actually pulled over the Caped Crusader – or rather a man dressed up as him.
In a report posted at theblaze.com, police spokeswoman, officer Janelle Smith, clarified that the man is a “good samaritan,” and was previously at the hospital entertaining sick children. They let him off with a warning, and sent him on his way.
