Florida Police Officer invents a device to protect law enforcement from being ambushed in vehicles

A Florida law enforcement officer launches new product that can potentially save lives; StopAmbush, 360-degree Audio & Visual Alert System is your second set of eyes that can potentially save your life!

StopAmbush is a a patent pending, 360-degree perimeter alert motion sensor that mounts on the roof of police vehicles. It tracks movement within a 25ft. radius. It uses an audio and visual display inside the vehicle to alert officers when someone is approaching and what direction they are coming from. This feature is especially beneficial at night when officers inside their vehicles are blinded by their interior light and computer to external movement.

“My device creates that protection for you. It's a set of eyes around your car at all times,” said Vasile Ciuperger, creator of StopAmbush. “Seeing some of the senseless killings of police officers throughout the country lately, I think my product will make a big difference, possibly the difference, between someone going home at the end of their shift."
